Find answers about Solid Surface® , specs, and care.
A solid surface sheet is a premium man-made material created from resins, minerals, and pigments. Unlike natural stone, it is uniform in composition, meaning the same material runs through the entire thickness. This makes it easy to cut, fabricate, join seamlessly, and repair when needed. It is non-porous, hygienic, and highly durable, which makes it suitable for both residential and commercial interiors.
Natural stone like marble or granite is porous, heavy, and requires sealing. Quartz is durable but has visible seams. Solid surface is engineered to solve these issues: it is seamless, stain-resistant, repairable, and available in exclusive factory-made colors. It also allows more design flexibility such as thermoforming into curves or shapes.
We supply sheets in 6mm, 12mm, 18mm, and 25mm thicknesses. The 12mm thickness is the industry standard for countertops. For specific projects like wall cladding or special designs, we can provide custom thicknesses upon request.
Yes. In addition to our standard collections, we manufacture exclusive colors and can even custom-match specific shades based on your project needs. This ensures designers and homeowners get unique finishes not available elsewhere in the UAE.
Yes. Solid surface is certified food-safe, non-toxic, and antibacterial. Since it is non-porous, it does not allow water, bacteria, or mold to penetrate, making it a top choice for kitchens, hospitals, and laboratories.
Solid surface is highly versatile. It is commonly used for kitchen countertops, bathroom vanities, wall cladding, reception desks, shelves, and even furniture. It is also widely adopted in hospitals, clinics, and labs for its hygienic properties.
We recommend indoor applications. Direct exposure to sun and high UV can cause color changes over time. If used outdoors, protective fabrication and design considerations must be applied.
Yes. The non-porous, seamless design makes solid surface ideal for hygiene-sensitive environments. It resists stains, bacteria, and chemical cleaning, which is why it’s trusted in hospitals, dental clinics, and food preparation zones.
Yes. When heated under controlled conditions, solid surface can be bent or curved into 2D and 3D shapes. This gives architects and designers freedom to create unique counters, walls, or furniture that natural stone cannot achieve.
Yes. We provide solid surface sinks and washbasins that can be seamlessly joined with sheets. This creates a smooth, continuous surface without grout lines, making cleaning easier and giving a premium look.
We strongly recommend using professional fabricators. They have the expertise and tools to cut, bond, and polish sheets correctly, ensuring a seamless finish and protecting your warranty.
They are bonded with special solid surface adhesive. After curing, the seams are sanded smooth until they disappear, creating the appearance of a single continuous sheet.
Solid surface can technically be worked with woodworking tools, but for countertops, vanities, or commercial projects, professional fabrication is advised to ensure quality and avoid damage.
A typical residential countertop installation takes 5–7 working days from templating to final installation. Large or custom projects may require additional time.

It resists most everyday scratches. Sharp knives or heavy objects may leave marks, but these can usually be repaired by sanding and polishing—unlike stone, which cannot be renewed as easily.
It withstands normal kitchen use but should not have direct contact with very hot pans or open flames. Always use trivets or heat pads to protect the surface.
Because it is non-porous, it resists most stains such as coffee, tea, and wine. However, prolonged exposure to strong chemicals or solvents should be avoided to preserve color.
Solid surface sheets can last decades with basic care. Unlike stone, they can be renewed multiple times through sanding, making them a long-term investment.
Yes. Scratches, small cracks, and even burns can often be repaired on-site by refinishing, extending the life of your installation.
